Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal policies.
• Greet visitors, employees, and vendors; verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials; and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from a stationary post, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and information, and support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
