You will greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and manage access while providing professional customer service in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Follow site-specific security-related procedures and access-control protocols while directing guests to appropriate contacts or locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and complete required logs and incident documentation.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
