Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused office location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor management processes, and access-control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, maintain accurate entry records, and direct guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor front desk communications, alarms, and access-control activity; report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate resources as needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
