Allied Universal, a leader in security services, seeks a Part Time Security Officer - Front Desk in Boston, MA. You will greet tenants, verify access, monitor lobby, and provide professional customer service.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license only for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or access issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate building personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing professional telephone and reception support.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
