GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Fernley, NV. You will combine frontline customer service with security duties, greeting guests and safeguarding premises.

You will monitor access, enforce procedures, and produce clear incident reports. Training and uniform provided; full-time swing shift 3:00pm-11:00pm; competitive hourly wage $19.50 with DailyPay option.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED.
• PILB license valid.
• Driver's license required.
• Superior people skills.
• Comfortable using computers and CCTV.
• At least 1 year of security experience; law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You provide critical access control and order in Lobby area of your assignment by checking credentials of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors. Plus, keeping area clear of foot traffic and prevention of other hazards in the area.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the US.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have superior people skills.
• You are comfortable using computers, laptops, CCTV, and other electronic tools.
• You have at least 1 year of Security experience. If you have Law Enforcement or Military experience - even better!
• You have strong work ethic!
