GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide premier customer service at a concierge post, engaging with visitors and guiding them as part of daily operations.

You will handle access control, perform patrols, and report maintenance needs while coordinating with emergency teams when incidents occur, ensuring the safety of people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• State license if required
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Fremont, Washington
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2pm (40 hours a week / full time)

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
