Job Description

As a Security Officer Incident Response in Long Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and contribute to a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:
