Allied Universal in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Security Officer Incident Response to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sectors. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics site, you will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service to employees and drivers.

You will monitor access points, respond to incidents, and prepare reports while coordinating with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate with client representatives.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers entering restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in required reports while maintaining professional communication with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
