We are seeking a Full Time Evening Shift Security Officer with Shift Differential for weekdays, weekends, and holidays to protect hospital-controlled properties and equipment, and provide a safe environment at Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute (NVMHI). Responsibilities include patrolling the grounds and buildings, responding to emergencies, escorting individuals, monitoring equipment, responding to alarms, supporting emergency management, transporting individuals, and assisting the switchboard/reception. Candidates should have knowledge of Virginia laws, effective communication skills, report writing ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and interpersonal skills. Must work mandatory overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
