Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and maintain life safety standards.
• Investigate suspicious activity and report hazards or incidents.
• Respond to emergency and alarm calls; administer basic first aid.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal techniques and diffuse violence.
• Unlock doors and verify IDs per hospital policy.
• Monitor traffic and document safety incidents in reports.
• Collaborate with Security Management to implement changes.
