Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Defensive techniques training course provided by CRCR.
• Basic knowledge of verbal dispute resolution techniques.
• Basic knowledge of de-escalation techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entry and departure of team members, guests, visitors, and vendors to protect assets and maintain security.
• Patrol premises to prevent intrusion, respond to alarms, and secure vehicles, doors, windows, and gates.
• De-escalate tense situations using verbal skills and maintain professional conduct.
• Monitor assigned areas for unusual activity, discourage loiterers and panhandlers, and remove disruptive individuals when needed.
• Conduct investigations with Surveillance, document findings, and prepare reports for outcomes.
• Manage confiscated items and document evidentiary materials; maintain incident logs.

Security Officer IPosition SummaryAs a Team Member of the Security team, the Security Officer I is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business.
