Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer I to patrol the resort, respond to emergencies, and uphold safety standards. The role includes maintaining security systems, drafting incident reports, and ensuring logs are current.

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the resort, checking doors and rooms for security.
• Respond to guest and associate calls, prioritizing emergencies.
• Maintain the security office and fire panel operations.
• Draft incident and security logs with daily audits.
• View CCTV monitors and maintain surveillance across grounds.
• Dispatch calls and communicate incident updates to relevant teams.
• Provide a professional security presence while delivering customer service.
• Deliver daily shift briefings and follow-up on safety hazards.
