Job summary

Montage International is seeking an on-call Security Officer to safeguard associates, guests and assets across the property. The role involves interior/exterior patrols, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, and daily safety briefings to ensure a professional security presence and outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years security experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), CPR/First Aid, a valid Guard Card, and strong MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two to three years of Security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification and ability to present current Guard Card.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols; check doors, rooms, and restricted areas.
• Respond to guest and associate calls; prioritize emergencies.
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs (keys, lost and found, certificates).
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-downs are complete.
• Monitor CCTV and maintain surveillance; provide professional security presence.
• Training associates on safety and report hazards.
• Communicate incidents and provide updates during shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of property activities and briefings.
