Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer I to perform daily safety and security tasks across the Resort. You will patrol interiors and exteriors, monitor CCTV, respond to emergencies, and maintain logs with attention to guest experience.

The role emphasizes a professional security presence and proactive guest assistance, including safety training and incident reporting. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of Montage Security experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Montage Security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the Resort, checking for unsecured doors, trespassers and safety hazards.
• Respond to guest and associate calls during patrol and prioritize emergencies.
• Maintain security office and fire panel; keep logs up to date via daily audits.
• View CCTV monitors and provide a professional security presence with a focus on customer service.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate updates on all incidents as they occur.
• Provide associate safety training and address safety hazards daily.
