Job summary

All Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Incident Response to protect hospital personnel and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will perform routine security duties, respond to incidents, monitor access, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree, and meet vaccination and background-check requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment and reporting maintenance, hazard, and security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Fri 05:45 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat 05:45 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun 05:45 AM - 02:00 PM
