• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting and escalation protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities for site personnel.

Security Officer Full Time Patrol Communications in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $21.11 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 07:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Thur 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, corridors, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
