Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location policies, providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
