Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking full-time security officers to oversee a Hospital in Concord, MA.
Starting Pay $23 / hour
Overnight Thursday through Monday 11 pm - 7 am
DailyPay available

As a Hospital Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard a high-profile healthcare customer. The Hospital Security Officer is responsible for surveillance of the healthcare premises, protecting staff, members, and visitors. Duties include detecting and preventing suspicious activity, reporting incidents, and providing customer service professionally.

Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazards, and unusual activity
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized individuals
• De-escalate individuals verbally and physically as needed
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment
• Screen members, visitors, and employees for entry
• Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently
• May include patient escort, patient watch, safety escort, and transporting deceased to morgue

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in customer service, troubleshooting, or managing stressful situations
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check and drug screening required
• State/local licensing as required
• Valid driver’s license for driving roles
• Post-offer, complete training and obtain certification in Management of Aggressive Behavior
