Our hotel, featuring 393 guest rooms, is located five miles from D.C. and minutes from Reagan National Airport. Our team of 5+ members reports to the Security Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience as a security officer within hospitality, with the ability to work the required schedule and a strong customer service background.

Shift Pattern: Full availability (AM/PM) including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing reports and ensuring accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
