Security Officer - Hilton Arlington National Landing (Finance)

Hilton Arlington National Landing is seeking a Security Officer to join our team! Our hotel features 393 guest rooms and is located five miles from D.C., just minutes from Reagan National Airport. The team, consisting of over 5 members, reports to the Security Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a security officer in the hospitality industry, with the ability to work the required schedule and a strong customer service background.

Shift Pattern:

Full availability (AM/PM) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Rate of Pay:

$22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, your responsibilities include ensuring the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, aligned with delivering outstanding guest service and profitability. Specific tasks include:

• Patrolling hotel interiors and perimeter to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats
• Promoting safe work practices
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
