The beautiful Hilton Arlington National Landing (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/dcanahf-hilton-arlington-national-landing/?SEO_id=GMB-AMER-HH-DCANAHF) is looking for a banquet server to join their events team. This 393-room hotel is located in National Landing, less than five minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport and three blocks from the metro for easy access to downtown DC. The hotel offers over 24,000 square feet of event space, including meeting rooms and three large ballrooms.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of food and beverage experience in a server or similar front-of-house position. Previous banquet and hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern: Varies between weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Full availability required.

Pay Rate: $24.04 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Clear tables at the end of meals and deliver items to the stewarding area
• Maintain guest satisfaction during service
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Assist team members and other departments as needed
• Perform side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
