The Hilton Arlington National Landing, a 393-room hotel located less than five minutes from Ronald Reagan National Airport and close to downtown DC, is seeking a banquet server to join their events team. The hotel features over 24,000 square feet of event space, including multiple meeting rooms and three large ballrooms.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of food and beverage experience in a server or similar front-of-house role. Previous banquet and hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: Varies between weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Full availability required.
Pay Rate: $24.04 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Set banquet tables according to specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Maintain menu knowledge
• Clear tables and deliver items to stewarding
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
• Respond to guest requests efficiently
• Assist team members and other departments as needed
• Perform side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
