Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Security Officer to provide security coverage for patrons and team members, safeguarding assets and maintaining a safe environment across the property. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in the Gaming industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security throughout the entire property.
• Ensure the safety of patrons and employees during assigned shifts.
• Safeguard company assets during shift times.
• Prepare detailed incident reports clearly and precisely.
• Assist in emergencies and respond to inquiries as needed.
