Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard patrons, employees and assets across the property, while delivering a friendly, guest-focused experience. Under supervision, you will enforce internal controls, complete clear incident reports, and assist in emergencies according to Virginia regulations.

You must have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of guest service experience; security experience preferred; CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen training are required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year guest service experience.
• 1 year security-related experience preferred.
• Must obtain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain security across the entire property and protect assets.
• Protect patrons and employees during assigned shifts.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.
• Assist in emergencies and enforce policies.
• Stand for extended periods and work varied shifts.
