WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Adhere to all departmental and company policies regarding guest service standards.
• Conduct patrols of the casino, hotel, and surrounding areas to address suspicious activity or concerns.
• Escort and transport funds for gaming operations, provide security for money drops, and escort non-gaming personnel in sensitive areas.
• Respond to disturbances and alarms to maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.
• Handle medical situations on-site and notify emergency contacts as needed.
• Operate Security Dispatch, including dispatching officers, maintaining logs, and controlling access.
• Deliver a superior guest experience through positive interactions and resilience in handling difficult customers.
• Assist leadership and document security incidents accurately.
• Attend all required departmental, company, and safety/first aid training sessions.
• Perform Fire Safety Officer duties, monitoring surveillance, alarms, and communication systems.
• Check IDs of individuals appearing under 21.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, maintaining confidentiality in all company matters.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest service preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicles.
• Must obtain CPR and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to respond quickly to problems and conflicts, including in physical or stressful situations.
• Ability to navigate level surfaces and stairs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Effective interaction and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work proactively.
