We are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee security operations during a designated shift, ensuring safety and compliance within the casino environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising security staff and managing daily shift operations.
2. Supporting operational goals, monitoring performance, and achieving profit objectives.
3. Ensuring guest satisfaction through effective scheduling and team management.
4. Assisting in departmental budget planning and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
5. Promoting excellent customer service and addressing guest and staff concerns professionally.
6. Serving as Security Manager on duty when needed.
7. Enforcing internal policies, including laws related to underage gambling and alcohol consumption.
8. Maintaining safety reports, conducting security inspections, and preparing incident reports.
9. Collaborating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
10. Upholding confidentiality and integrity in all departmental matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations.
