Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Nashua, New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, with a 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shift.

You will check IDs for gaming-floor access, conduct cash escorts as needed, observe and report violations, manage crowds, and address guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be licensed by the State Gaming Commission.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Ability to clear a criminal background check.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED/BBP certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor.
• Conduct cash escorts as required.
• Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Maintain crowd control as required.
• Defuse guest profanity and handle issues or complaints professionally.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Security Officer to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members.

Shift: full-time

3:00 pm- 11:00 pm

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 / hour
