This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and adherence to site procedures. A two-year security background, high school diploma, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location, carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while documenting incidents, visitor activity, and shift-related information.

Pay Rate: $17.66 / Hour

• Wed 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Thur 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
