As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Incident Coordinator in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence while supporting a professional environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.27 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a healthcare location.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry activity, communications, and available access-control systems; report unusual activity, policy concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required records while protecting confidential information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
