Qualifications

• License requirements vary by state/locality and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter; report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity per site procedures to maintain order.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.

Pay Rate: $18.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Tue: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Fri: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sat: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
