Pay Rate: $22.83 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wed: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Thur: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Fri: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Observe and report access-control concerns, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with transportation personnel, law enforcement, and the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
