As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Integrity in Playa Vista, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial office property.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report suspicious activity or access issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal supervision and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
