Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Background histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law.
• License requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established post orders.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
