• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; document visitor activity and incidents using reporting tools.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate contacts or responders as directed.
• Maintain professional presence while protecting government property, personnel, and operations in line with Allied Universal site requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors at a government location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.


• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies; document visitor activity, incidents, and/or patrol observations using required reporting tools.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures.


• Maintain a professional presence while assisting with the protection of government property, personnel, and operations in alignment with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
