Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI seeks a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Licensing) to protect clients across commercial real estate and other sites. You will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, assist tenants and visitors, and document observations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Licensing in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will communicate professionally, document observations, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, directing individuals and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns through accurate reports and timely communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
