Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly operations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols and property conditions.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Service in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or property concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly operations throughout the location.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and/or property conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
