Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while conducting security procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Perform routine patrols of the property, deter unauthorized activity, and report concerns.
• Monitor entrances/exits and observe activity to identify hazards or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports per site requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Records in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
