Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout technology facility buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly using required reporting tools.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid Response in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with site personnel. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
