Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed patrol role in a healthcare location in Houston, TX. The position emphasizes patient and visitor safety, professional communication, and a proactive presence to deter security issues.

You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with escalation procedures, while delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Emergency Support in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $15.95 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare retail location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including sales areas, pharmacy-adjacent spaces, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, disruptive behavior, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
