• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
