Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Boundary Control to protect clients across commercial real estate sites. You will monitor, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and reporting findings with clear, accurate documentation in line with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Boundary Control in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report suspicious conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
