Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour. Schedule: Mon–Fri, overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork and community impact.

Qualifications

• State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Site Integrity in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the residential property, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
