Pay Rate: $18.87 / Hour

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, student-related concerns, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry procedures, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior to appropriate school personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with school staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
