As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support in Whitsett, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
