• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and report irregularities.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist employees and visitors with professionalism, and document activity using computer or tablet tools. Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities while maintaining a professional presence in a fast‑paced business environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
