Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally and follow established protocols, contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and leadership regarding incidents and activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures, and report access-control irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding personnel regarding incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
