Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services in North America, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support in Whitsett, NC. You will monitor a range of locations, deter incidents with a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

You will communicate clearly, use computer or tablet tools, and adhere to site policies while supporting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support in Whitsett, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You’ll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
