Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control in Claude, TX, to safeguard clients at a food and beverage location. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence, and provide excellent customer service while following Established procedures.

This role conducts incident responses, documents activities, and communicates shift details to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site and Allied Universal reporting procedures.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
