Qualifications

• At least 3 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other designated locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, maintaining professional communication with clients, employees, visitors, and responding public agencies.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
