Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time unarmed patrol duties in San Bernardino, CA. You will safeguard government locations, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible presence and ensuring a welcoming, secure environment.

Role requires ability to perform regular patrols, monitor access points, and document activities. Compensation starts at $21.49 per hour, with a structured day schedule and benefits through Allied Universal.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify safety concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in line with site policies and report issues to designated personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation per Allied Universal procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations with professionalism. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, public inquiries, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, public spaces, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to designated personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
